Re: Address Assignment – New Construction at 20452 Santa Ana Avenue
(Current APN – 439 241 03) Tract No. 18039
As requested, the City of Newport Beach is assigning the addresses for the new seven-unit
condominium development under construction at the subject property.
All seven units will be addressed as 20452 Santa Ana Avenue with unit letter qualifiers as follows
and as shown on the attached Addressing Schematic:
20452 Santa Ana Avenue, Unit A
20452 Santa Ana Avenue, Unit B
20452 Santa Ana Avenue, Unit C
20452 Santa Ana Avenue, Unit D
20452 Santa Ana Avenue, Unit E
20452 Santa Ana Avenue, Unit F
20452 Santa Ana Avenue, Unit G
Address numbers and letters should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their
background, and clearly visible from the street. We will notify City departments; however, it is your
responsibility to advise all other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, utilities,
Orange County Assessor, etc. Please be sure to inform the local telephone service carrier, so
that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to valid addresses.

addressing the project off of 20452 Santa Ana Avenue with unit numbers or letters (i.e., “1” or “A”)
