As requested, we have further updated the street name and addresses for the commercial
development and six new condominiums that will be built on this site. The sites were
formerly identified as 3900 and 3928 East Coast Highway. Added addresses are
identified in bold in the listing below. Addressing will be as follows for Tentative Tract Map
17386:
Commercial Addresses
Gallo’s - 3900 East Coast Highway
Office Tenant 1 - 3902 East Coast Highway, Suite A
Office Tenant 2 - 3902 East Coast Highway, Suite B
Residential Addresses 3928 East Coast Highway (EM)
Unit “A” - 3922 East Coast Highway
Unit “B” - 3920 East Coast Highway
Unit “C” - 3918 East Coast Highway
Unit “D” - 3924 East Coast Highway
Unit “E” - 3926 East Coast Highway
Unit “F” - 3928 East Coast Highway
We will notify City departments; however, it is your responsibility to advise all other
affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal Service, utilities, Orange County Assessor,
etc. Please be sure to inform the local telephone service carrier so that responses to any
“9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched to valid addresses.
Address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their
background, and clearly visible from the street.

Hi Pat,
The residential meter address has been revised as follows to 3928 East Coast Highway (EM). 3928 has
traditionally been used as the overarching address assigned to the entire site throughout the permitting
process. The (EM) has been added to clarify that this an electrical meter designation and not a separate
dwelling unit address. Let me know if you have any concerns about this revised approach.
The letter is just about ready to send out if you are OK with this approach.

We are re building the Galos Deli so I assume it will remain
3900 East Coast Highway
There are two offices now above the Deli I am not sure if they need seperate addresses or they
can be 3900 A and 3900 B
I will only have one additional Edison meter to power both the offices. 2 meters total.
On the residential part of the project I need one addional address for the house meter.
I have attached a letter from the owner authorizing me to conduct business for Plaza CDM.
