Re: Address Confirmation – 4000 Seashore Drive Units A and B

As requested, the City of Newport Beach is confirming and clarifying the street name and
address for the following duplex.
Addressing is as follows for the existing duplex:
APN 423-312-10 - 4000 Seashore Drive Unit A and Unit B
Address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their
background, and clearly visible from the street. We will notify City departments; however,
it is your responsibility to advise all other affected agencies, such as the U. S. Postal
Service, utilities, Orange County Assessor, etc. Please be sure to inform the local telephone service carrier so that responses to any “9-1-1” emergency calls are dispatched
to valid addresses.
