Public Works Project Review 1.Gas meter shall be relocated outside of the Public Utility easement Response:Acknowledged,the gas meter shall be relocated per Civil. 2.Install a new sewer clean out on the existing sewer lateral per City Standard 406. Response:Acknowledged,this comment will be addressed during plan check. 3.No structural encroachments are permitted within the limits of the Utility easement along the Via Lido Nord frontage.
