scale restaurant (PA2010-079). There is also a Staff Approval No. SA2020-006 for Balboa Grill to allow for renovations that are currently under construction under Plan Check No. 0635-2021. The amendment is requesting for the hours of operations to change from 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. seven days a week to
8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. seven days a week and for a Type 47 alcohol license. No live entertainment or late hours are proposed.
