The proposed structure includes a raised foundation supported by caissons to meet the minimum finished floor requirements of the Special Flood Hazard Area. The project includes hardscape, walls, landscaping, and drainage facilities. All plans and attachments are in the PA Folder (PA2023-0018) Under 1st Check. A WQMP has not been submitted.
