changes are in substantial compliance with the original approval action by. the Planning Commission.
The proposed changes are as follows:
1. Revisions to the previously approved product types. A new product type (Cassis) on
lots 1 through 58; and, a new product type (Strada) on lots 59-66 (which is the current
product type on the adjacent Tract No. 15401).
NOTE: The plan types shown on the approved Changed Plan may be reversed or
changed to a different plan type on each lot, provided the revised plan type conforms to
the development and setback standards.
2. Relocation of the model complex and parking area from lots 42 through 45 to lots 8
through 11.
3. Revision to Lot M (access easement) resulting in lot line adjustments to Lots 63, 64, 65
and 66.
Condition:
The model trap fencing shall be moved to the back of the sidewalk prior to the issuance of
the first use and occupancy permit for the production units on Cassis Street.
NOTES:
