A limited term permit (less than 90 days) for an outdoor dining patio located at 123 Marine Avenue,
which is a residential property adjacent to the Village Inn restaurant at 127 Marine Avenue. The
applicant proposes a limited term permit from May 25 to August 21, 2023 (89 days). The proposed
hours of operation are from 10 am to 10pm daily, with a maximum of 26 seats in the front yard of the
residence. Previously, an emergency use permit was granted in 2020 which allowed this patio, which
has since expired.

3. The tops of dining surfaces and work surfaces shall be 28”
to 34” above finish floor.
4. All exiting paths shall be a minimum 48 in free and clear.
5. All building exits shall remain free and clear of any obstacle
that would impede exiting from a building or suite and
accessing the nearest public right of way.
6. Accessible routes, including under canopy and overhead
improvements shall maintain a minimum clear height of 80”.
