The following documentation is required to complete the application: 1. Project Description As discussed with applicant, no narrative/project description provided as part of initial submittal materials. Please provide a narrative that includes pertinent operational characteristics related to the requested ABC licenses. Pertinent information includes, but is not limited to, hours of operation for the retail space, description of the instructional tastings to be conducted, approximately how many tasting per month, the likely time of day of the tastings, potential location of tastings on the project site, description of any existing ABC licenses at the site, etc. Staff is unable to effectively evaluate the project without a description of operational characteristics related to the ABC licenses. The Project will be routed to the Police Department for review upon receipt of the narrative. Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a Zoning Administrator Hearing.
