Staff in the Development Services Department of Irvine Ranch Water District (IRWD) has
informally reviewed the subject project plans and has determined that the project does not
require formal review. In the event that IRWD staff was not able to identify proposed project
elements that affect IRWD facilities or the project plans are amended to include modifications to
IRWD facilities, the project plans will require IRWD plan check approval.
