There will be separate water meter and sewer service for each unit. There is a public alley in the rear of the lot and a public street at the front of the lot. Vehicular Access will be from the alley. There is an existing or proposed street tree along the frontage of the project. There is an existing street tree close to the project bordering the southwest property line frontage. The existing and proposed land use is residential.
