The following documentation is required to complete the application: 1. Front Setback Walls: Please see Sheet A021 for requested additional existing grade callouts. 2. Add Note: On Sheet A021, add a note: “All setbacks dimensioned from property line to face of finish.” 3. CLUP Viewpoint: As part of the analysis required for CDP coastal view findings, please provide renderings from West Jetty View Park, which is a viewpoint as indicated in the Coastal Land Use Plan. The rendering should show the existing versus proposed from these viewpoints and demonstrate if there are any impacts to the view of the bluff from these locations. Add a note that the plant shall be maintained at a maximum height of 36 inches tall from existing grade. 6. Title Report: Please provide a copy of the title report prepared within six months to verify ownership. Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a Zoning Administrator Hearing.
