Application No. Comprehensive Sign Program
(PA2023-0060)
Address 2600 East Coast Highway
Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been
deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed
with the application process.
The following corrections on the plans are required to complete the application:
1. There is missing information on the site plan, elevations, and sign matrix table. The
following are the mistakes I found but in general make sure that every sign on the
matrix is corresponding to the appropriate location on the site plan and the exterior
elevations. If you need to separate the buildings into separate site plans you can.
Here is what I found but please double check all:
• For example, sign A8 in the table calls out an 85’4” frontage which does not
match the exterior elevation, does not appear to be the frontage (dimension
is missing) and results in a sign that is much too large. I think this is an error.
• In the matrix there are two A7s and two Suite 260s.
• Where is B5 and B11 on site plan B5 is too big (I do not see a frontage labeled
that long and it results in a sign that is too large) and B11 is on elevation but
not on matrix or site plan.
• B6 and A7 are too large for secondary signs. Secondary signs should be no
more than half of what is allowed for primary sign and also may need to
reduce size more depending on frontage and number of other signs on same
frontage. Also, A7 does not appear to have the 84’4” frontage. In multi-tenant
buildings with multiple signage on one frontage, it should only be the tenant
frontage/
• Some of the elevations are missing frontage dimension such as the PCH
south elevation.
2. Please provide actual signage on elevations to match sign matrix sizes. This will
assist in the review of the program. Please show in the proposed locations within the
proposed dimensions. It is okay if the names of the tenants change in the future it is

just for review of the sizes, locations, and quantity. Also, this is important on the walls
with windows to show proper location on the walls. For example, the eyebrow signs
appear to have less height for letters. Also, above the windows is not a typical location
but can be approved with a sign program if they dimensions are found to fit and mee
the findings, reasonably.
Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed, and action will be taken.
