Notes: Once a Final Geotechnical Report has been generated with out of slope bedding surcharge lateral earth pressures values the conventional footing retaining structure may not meet code and a deep foundation system may need to be designed to accommodate foundation setback, out of slope bedding and seismic earth pressures acting on the proposed retaining wall will need to be analyze.
