A coastal development permit and lot line adjustment request to demolish two existing single unit
dwelling located at the above referenced addresses. A 4,865 square foot single unit dwelling is
proposed at 2596 Crestview Drive and a 1,002 square foot single unit residence is proposed at 2592
Arbor Drive. The lot line adjustment request is a proposal to shift the property line over a few feet (refer
to lot ling adjustment exhibit for further details) to increase the total lot size of lot 58 and accommodate
the proposed single unit dwelling.

Notes:

4. Cross lot drainage is not allowed. Provide drainage
easement. Show adjacent units on the plans.
5. Provide ingress and egress easement

including utilities cannot cross property line. Provide site
