The proposed operation would occupy a 106 square foot office with one massage table for one massage therapist. The operation also includes a 240 square foot reception area and desk. The operation would be by appointment only and is described in detail in the attached project description. Also attached is a floor plan. Provide accessible path of travel from parking and public right of way to the unit. 3. Provide exit for the office next to meeting room. Egress from a room or space shall not pass through adjoining or intervening rooms or areas, except where such adjoining rooms or areas and that area served are accessory to one or the other and provide a discernible path of egress travel to an exit.
