2. Provide 5%,minimum of 1, accessible seating at each type
of seats. 11B-226 CBC 2022.
3. Maneuvering clearance at doors shall comply with 11b-
404.2.4 CBC 2022
4. Clarify scope of work. Proposed plan shows both 1st and 2nd
floor. If there is any work on the 2nd floor, elevator will be
required. 11B-202.4 CBC 2022.
5. Aisle width shall comply with 1018 & 1018.2 of CBC 2022.
6. Door cannot swing out side the property line. Note that exit
access doors shall swing in direction of travel when
occupant load exceeds 50 occupants. (CBC 1010.1.2.1)
7. Guard
8. Guard shall be provided where roof hatch opening is located
within 10 ft of roof edge. 1015.7 of CBC 2022.
9. Egress size/width shall comply with 1005 of CBC 2022.
