PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project will be of a “Transitional”design,including but not limited to the following:
indoor/outdoor living spaces integrated with a modern ‘open’living plan which maximizes views
from living spaces as well as outdoor patios and balconies.The exterior materials will be of rich
quality and high durability;to consist primarily of stone veneer and wood siding,slate and standing
seam roofing,with the use of wood and metal accents.The project will be wood framed with a slab
foundation.Ample parking will be provided in the form of a 2-car garage.The program may include
but not limited to the following:First Level -open living area with grand entry,a large eat-in kitchen
with island,living room with fireplace,lounge,pantry,powder,pool bath,and guest suite with
attached bath.Second Level -primary suite and retreat,large primary bath and walk-in closet,a
laundry,and three secondary bedrooms with attached closets.
