RE: Request for Director’s Parking Waiver - 2523 Eastbluff
Dear Mr. Lee,
Irvine Company is seeking a Director’s Parking Waiver for the Eastbluff Village Center. Specifically, we
are questing to waive 20 percent of the required parking based on the provision of 10 bicycle parking
spaces and through the provision of a dedicated ride-share space within the center.
A future application is expected from a new tenant at 2523 Eastbluff Drive is expected seeking a
modification to the existing use permit to allow an outdoor patio. This application will be processed by
the tenant.
