Specifically, we are questing to waive 20 percent of the required parking based on the provision of 10 bicycle parking spaces and through the provision of a dedicated ride-share space within the center. A future application is expected from a new tenant at 2523 Eastbluff Drive is expected seeking a modification to the existing use permit to allow an outdoor patio. This application will be processed by the tenant.
