Digital plans not provided by the applicant, physical plans have been routed for review. Notes: 1) Temporary/Permanent shoring piles located within State land requires approval and permit from the respective State department. 2) Design and installation of temporary shoring piles located within private property is subject to review and approval by City department. Obtain required Building permit. 3) Request to reoccupy building shall be separate from ECDP. Submit separate request to Chief Building Official for review. Request shall include the following: a) Geotechnical letter stating slope condition is safe for building to be occupy with supporting documentation. b) Structural/Civil engineer’s assessment letter stating building is structurally sound for occupancy with supporting documentation. Identifying any limitation, as applicable, to the use of the affected corner of the building.  Application of Standard Code requirements are not expected to alter the project design.  Recommended conditions of approval are attached.
