Yorba Linda, CA 92887 Application No. PA2023-0127 Address 1924 Galaxy Drive Please be advised that after reviewing the subject application, your submittal has been deemed incomplete and further information is required before we are able to proceed with the application process. The following documentation is required to complete the application: 1. Ensure consistency across all submitted plans indicating that all improvements are proposed within the confines of 1924 Galaxy Drive, and the project does not include work on the neighboring property 1930 Galaxy Drive. Alternatively, obtain approval from the property owner(s) of 1930 Galaxy Drive for any work proposed at 1930 Galaxy Drive. 2. Obtain authorization from the State of California for the City to issue permits on their behalf for the work being proposed on the property to the east, owned by California Department of Wildlife (CDFW). 3. Address corrections issued for Plan Check Number PC2023-1202, attached. Please refer to the attached project review requests (PRR) for comments from the Building Division, including Grading. Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed.
