Notes:
1. Exterior walls and walls between building shall comply with
CBC 705 regarding fire rating and allowable opening.
2. Newly constructed building shall comply with chapter 11B &
11B-224 transient lodging of CBC 2022.
3. Provide a narrative why common areas and Guest rooms on
the 2nd floor are not accessible. Justify compliance with
exception Chapter 11B-206.2-3 Exception 1.2.
4. Provide min 18ft access aisle for accessible parking.
Detectable warning cannot be on the access aisle and door
maneuvering clearance. Refer to attach file for more
information.
5. Space under stairs shall comply with 1011.7.3 & 1011.7.4 of
CBC 2022.
6. Provide 5ft width for the hallway going through outdoor
shower for wheel chair turning space.
7. Comply with DRC building comments.
