1 Finish floor elevations for the existing building are to remain the
same (+9.67’). FF for new structure to align with existing sidewalks
(+9.75’) and be provided with a concrete curb at the perimeter walls
(+10.33’) to provide required clearance. Additional waterproofing
around the perimeter walls can be provided.
