To Whom It May Concern,
Externally to our home, our goal of the proposed project is to add an addiƟonal bedroom and full bath to
our exisƟng floor plan. This will bring our home from 3 bedroom 2.5 baths to 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths. It
will add approximately 478 square feet which will move our current square footage from 2,923 to 3,401
sq. Ō. We will also be expanding our garage by an addiƟonal 58 sq. Ō. which is already inclusive of the
3,401 proposed. This will give us approximately 2 more feet within the garage in addiƟon creaƟng more
storage space that is desperately needed with two young kids. The roofline of the addiƟonal and the
garage will be underneath the tallest point of the home and under the Dover Shores HOA heigh
restricƟon which is 15’. The current privacy wall in the front of our property will be removed and
replaced with a new privacy wall that is updated. We will have the same number of parking spots and
number of floors. We will keep most of the exisƟng landscaping that is already there and will be keeping
the trees in the front of our home as well.
Internally to our home, we will be moving non-bearing (2) that are currently in the bedrooms to expand
the master closest. You can see these on the Plans: Sheet A2 – Demo Plan. This will give us addiƟonal
room in the master closest with maintain the kids rooms the same size as they are currently.

There are three main goals of this remodel: (1) is to add an addiƟonal bedroom and full bath (478 sq. Ō),
(2) expand the master bedroom closet whilst maintaining the child bedroom sizes and (3) add
approximately 2 more walkable feet (58 sq. Ō) within the garage for storage space.
