Through an RFP process, select a consultant to create a
"Comprehensive Community Plan" that would work with
members of the community and study:
• Robust community engagement
• Updated land use opportunities
• Outdoor dining opportunities
• Enhanced walkability
• Connectivity along commercial corridor
• Regional parking strategies
• Streetscape and landscape enhancements
• Possible design guidelines
