CONDITION, FREE OF DEBRIS AND LITTER, EACH SUBCONTRACTOR IMMEDIATELY
UPON COMPLETION OF EACH PHASE OF WORK AND SHALL REMOVE ALL TRASH
AND DEBRIS CREATED AS A RESULT OF THEIR OPERATION.
13. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE GENERAL CLEANING UP OF A JOB
AFTER ITS COMPLETION. CLEANING SHALL INCLUDE INTERIOR OF THE BUILDING
AND PATH OF TRAVEL TO THE JOB SITE AND SHALL INCLUDE THE DRIVEWAY,
STAIRS AND PROPERTY GROUNDS.
14. ALL DRAINAGE IS EXISTING AND TO REMAIN U.O.N.
15. PROVIDE CHEMICAL TOILET FOR PROJECT DURATION.
16. PROVIDE PLASTIC OVER FLOORING
17. PROJECT TO BE SWEPT DAILY.
18. SUBCONTRACTORS NAME & REFERENCES TO BE PROVIDED W/ BID
