The following documentation is required to complete the application: 1. Plans Please address the following corrections: a. Provide the floor area calculation exhibit verifying the proposed square footage (show dimensions and calculations). b. Label the established grade on all elevations. c. Label the top of wall heights for all walls/fences/gates and the natural/pre- construction grade underneath all walls/fences/gates. The maximum height for walls in the front setback is 42-inches and in the side and rear setbacks are 6- feet as measured from natural/pre-construction grade. 2. Notice of Application Filing A Notice of Application Filing must be posted on site at a conspicuous place, easily readable by the public and placed as close as possible to the site of the proposed development. A copy of the notice can be picked up at the office front counter. Building and Fire Review See attached for the review comments from Building and Fire and addressed any comments. 4. Harbor Review The project is pending review from Harbor for the cantilevered bulkhead extension. Their review will be forwarded to you once they are available and all comments, if any, must be addressed. Upon verification of completion, the application will be processed and scheduled for a Zoning Administrator Hearing.
