• City Council Initiation — May 23, 2023
• Facilitate visitor accommodation opportunities in the MU-W2 and
MU-CV/15t" St mixed -use zoning districts
Considerations:
Applicability: 20 or more units under common ownership
Professional management
Amenities
No parking impacts to residential neighborhoods

• Directed staff to return with recommendations
• Planning Commission Public Hearing- October 19, 2023

A complaint is filed (online or by phone)
2. Property owner is contacted
3. Officer confirms violation (within 30 min)
4. Citation issued if confirmed
5. Property owner has due process rights and may file an
appeal
If no staff is available, then complaint is forward to Police Dept.
