Prior to placement verified clearances at previously inspected reinforcing steel Nozzelman was observed for proper application procedures. One set of 4 test samples was taken - ticket #7634352, slump 3", PSI 4500, shotcrete temp 72F. Business License: OBT30044674 We are pleased to inform you that the pool equipment Installation located at 416 Hazel Drive m* the City of Newport Beach complies with the City's 55 dBA noise limit. No additional noise mitigation is necessary. The installation was measured on Wednesday, November 8,2023,using a Larson Davis Model 700 Type 2 Sound Level Motor. The installation was observed to consist of two Pentair Intellitlo pumps, one Pentair Whispa-flo pump, and a, Mastortemp 400 heater, All t1wee pumps were located in a filly enclosed closet beneath a staircase, Measurements at the north and south prop" lines in view of the closet doors reported levels below the background ambient of 50 dBA with all three pumps operating. Tho heater unit was remotely ,located In a side yard. A measurement just over the top of the nearest property line wood fences directly opposite the heater unit. This measurement reported a level of 51 dBA with the heater unit operating. All of the measuredlevels comply with the CitY's 55 dDA noise limit.
