On behalf of Lincoln, I would like to express our support for the City Council's adoption of these resolutions in support of these two proposed projects. Lincoln is an owner and manager of office, commercial (and multifamily) properties in Orange County and specifically in the Airport Area of Newport Beach. We appreciate the value that is created by a dynamic mixed -use environment, with thoughtfully planned residential and commercial uses, and more specifically in this case, addition of high quality housing that will serve the team members, leaders and partners of many of the fine companies that occupy our office properties in the area.
