Dear Seimone, City Council and Staff:
I'm writing you with respect to the above captioned Agenda Items on the February 13 2024 Newport Beach
City Council Agenda, which relate to proposed resolutions with intent to override ALUC's inconsistency
ruling for the Residences at 1400 Bristol and 1401 Quail.
On behalf of Lincoln, I would like to express our support for the City Council's adoption of these resolutions
in support of these two proposed projects.
Lincoln is an owner and manager of office, commercial (and multifamily) properties in Orange County and
specifically in the Airport Area of Newport Beach. We appreciate the value that is created by a dynamic
mixed -use environment, with thoughtfully planned residential and commercial uses, and more specifically in
this case, addition of high quality housing that will serve the team members, leaders and partners of many of
the fine companies that occupy our office properties in the area.
As always, we appreciate the City's forward -thinking mindset and collaboration with its area property owners.
