s designated by Ordinance No 07-002. If this permit is completed with a lesser amount of hours, you are entitled
to a full refund of the balance. If circumstances force this project to extend and require additional work in
excess of those hours estimated, we will again request additional deposit(s).
Please respond to this request prior to the balance being depleted. If the deposit balance falls below $100.00,
we are required to suspend the ongoing permit process because State law prohibits the County from extending credit.
PLEASE REGARD THIS AS NOTIFICATION OF A POTENTIAL SUSPENSION OF PLAN CHECK AND/OR
INSPECTION SERVICES. A copy of this letter has been sent to the parties listed under 'cc' at the bottom of the
page. Consulting with these parties prior to making an additional deposit may save confusion and help avoid duplication
of your efforts.
Deposits should be made to the Cashier in the Development Processing Center at 300 N. Flower St., Santa Ana, CA.
