Mahrooz this project went over our estimated hours, we are requesting 4 hours of plan
review which is 1 hour more then we estimated. This project along with others that
have been designed by DWA Architects which is out of Colorado and the
Contractor/Developer on other projects has consistently been fragmented in
communication and follow through. This is not requested often but requesting your
approval. We will need to consider adjusting future estimates on work when given
these designers/developers as quality control and communication has room to
improve. Thank you and hope things are doing well.

In the attachment you listed RS070116-Rev.2 with an estimate of 3
hours; however on the Willdan Plan Check Transmittal dated 7/11/2008
the Rev.2 is listed as 4 hours for the plan check approval.
Please either get an approval from Mahrooz for the 4 hours or send me
a revised plan check transmittal for the RS070116 Rev.2 dated
7/11/2008 for 3 hours. I need this as soon as possible so that I can
process our plans back into the County of Orange.

Here is the updated and revised estimated hours for RS070116-R1 the estimated
hours has been increased from 10 hours to 16 hours (6 additional hours) this is due to
the applicants non response and extra work to facilitate inaccurate or non supplied
information for the review.
In addition here is the estimated hours for the recently submitted revisions for
RS070116-R2. If you have any questions please contact me.
