This is to notify the County of Orange that as of December 23, 2008, Nathu Development
will be the new General Contractor for the job at 11 Avalon Vista in Newport Coast. As
the owner of the property, I hereby grant Nathu Development Corp. the authority to apply
for and pull All permits and any other information pertaining to the above job.
The following persons are representatives of Nathu Development and will be allowed
access to any documentations and permits needed:

b. Krishna Bhakta
c. Mark Evans
d. Fred Torres
