How many parking spaces are there in the parking lot located easterly of Richard's Lido Market facing on Via Oporto? 2. How many parking spaces are there in the parking lot located westerly of Richard's Market adjacent to New- port Boulevard? , 3. d$ t1e parking lot considered as one lot or is the area ivi ed into more than one lot? 4. How many parking spaces are required by the City for each building served by the parking lots? The property is presently zoned C-1-H, but this office is unable to determine if the-H factor existed at the time the build- ings were constructed. The -H factor was adopted December 12, 1950. Final plans are now being completed and construction is scheduled to begin June 1 of this year barring unforeseen difficulties. The proposed building will be erected on the site formerly occupied by Vincents Lido Drugs.
