Subject: Parking lot at Richard's Lido Market
We would appreciate your furnishing us the following informa-
tion in connection with the subject parking lot;
1. How many parking spaces are there in the parking lot
located easterly of Richard's Lido Market facing on
Via Oporto?
2. How many parking spaces are there in the parking lot
located westerly of Richard's Market adjacent to New-
port Boulevard? ,
3. d$ t1e parking lot considered as one lot or is the area
ivi ed into more than one lot?
4. How many parking spaces are required by the City for
each building served by the parking lots? The property
is presently zoned C-1-H, but this office is unable to
determine if the-H factor existed at the time the build-
ings were constructed. The -H factor was adopted December
12, 1950.

Re: Proposed two story
building to be erected
on corner of Via Lido
and Newport Boulevard.
We enclose the following information for your consideration.
1. Plot of proposed building.
2. Plot of shopping and joint parking area.
3. Colored rendering of proposed building.
Final plans are now being completed and construction is
scheduled to begin June 1 of this year barring unforeseen
difficulties. Security First National Bank dill occupy
most of the ground floor, with Coldwell Banker and Co.
as the leasing agents. The proposed building will be
erected on the site formerly occupied by Vincents Lido
Drugs. Our approach to this building is to follow the
same high standard of development and area improvement
that has characterized our development of Lido and
the Richards complex.
