SUBJECT: FAIR SHARE FEE FOR 925 W. 16TH Street
Use Permit 1699
No Fair Share Fee is required for this project, based on the following information:
A new 3329 sq. ft building will be used fo'r auto storage in conjunction
with the existing auto repair facility on the same property.
An industrial trip generation rate of 5 trips/1000 sq. ft was assumed for
this use. The total number of new trips = 3329 sq ft x 5 trips/1000 sq ft =
17 trips.
An existing 1400 sq. ft buiding used as an office was removed, so a
credit of 1400 sq ft x 13 trips/1000 sq ft = 18 trips.
2. The new building will generate less trips than the previous building.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
