A. Gordon1 Owner-Contractor: Prior to issuance of Permit
A. Gordon1.1 Signature of owner or contractor with Worker´s Compensation; if contractor
intends to file exempt, a valid pocket license must be presented. If an
agent represents owner, the agent must have a notarized letter of authorization
and an owner verification form must be on file with the County of Orange.
A. Gordon2 Additional Zoning/Land Use Requirements
A. Gordon2.1 Prior to zoning approval, applicant shall
1) Plot all easements public or private onto the plans and identify the purpose
of the easement and who the beneficiary(s) are.
2) Plot the squrare footage of the proposed residence on these plans. A WQMP
is required for this project.
3) Clearance is required from Manager, Environmental Planning to ensure that
all potential impacts to Coastal Sage Scrub have been addressed.
4) Provide a copy of the revised fuel modification plans approved by the Fire
Authority
5) Identify on plans if any portion of this project is subject to a lot line
adjustment and note the LLA on the title sheet.
A. Gordon3 Fire
A. Gordon3.1 IMPORTANT: Prior to clearance by the DPC planning counter, FINAL plans must
be stamped by the Orange County Fire Authority with a note containing the information
that all applicable fire conditions of the Planning Application, PA940172 and
PA050038 have been satisfied.
A. Gordon4 PA Conditions - IMPORTANT NOTE: Conditions of Approval may have additional impacts
on your project as they relate to the final design of your plans or length of time
to complete the review prior to permit issuance
A. Gordon4.1 Compliance with conditions of related Planning Application PA940172 and
PA050038. It is advised that you contact your planner to provide the clearance
information prior to issuance.
A. Gordon5 County Property Permit Required for all encroachments into the County Scenic Preservation
Easement Areas.
