Regarding the Patel Residence, we understand that the existing HOA lettered lot that has fuel modification
currently managed by the HOA, will be lowered in elevation. The change to the height of the slope regarding fuel
modification maintenance will not require a fuel modification revision unless the HOA is planning to change the
plant material, originally approved spacing of shrubs and trees, or if an existing fuel modification access easement
is affected. The HOA needs to restore the lowered area to the original approved landscaping design.
