has been designated as the Financially Responsible Party in accordance with §5 of County Ordinance
05-015. This means that they will receive all notices of low balances on this account, requests
for additional monies to be deposited as necessary and any refund that may be available at
the completion and closure of the permit.
If you feel that the designation of the above named Financially Responsible Party was incorrect,
please reply within 10 business days. Failure to provide the monies as necessary or any dispute
