Zoning Review Project Checklist
The purpose of this checklist is to provide a format for uniform, comprehensive, and well -documented reviews for discretionary permit
applications and Zoning Clearance for related grading and building permit application reviews submitted by project applicants. The completed
checklist should be completed by the assigned project planner and transmitted to the project manager (grading plan checker fo r grading
applications & building plan checker for building applications). All communications with the applicant are to be coordinated with the with the
project manager.
A copy of the completed checklist should be attached to the submitted plans and filed on the Zoning plan check review shelves located on the
1st floor. Additionally one copy of is filed with the project planning/permitting file.

2) Apply for a discretionary permit to request approval of the deviation (i.e. variance,
use permit or site development permit etc.)

project is located in a planned community or a specific plan those regulations may
supersede.
