name, has been designated as the Financially Responsible Party in accordance with §5 of County
Ordinance 05-015. This means that you will receive all notices of low balances on this account,
requests for additional monies to be deposited as necessary and any refund that may be available
at the completion and closure of the permit.
If you feel that you have received this in error, or for some other reason should not be held
financially responsible, please reply within 10 business days, or we shall proceed as though
you have accepted responsibility. Failure to provide the monies as necessary or any dispute
