Plans included a 2 Bad Room residence in front, a 2 Bed Robm apart- ment over 2 garages in rear, and a Bachelor (or Studio) apartment next to the garages with separate parking ramp. Parking for 2 extra cars besides, provided for a total of 5 cars.
