Because this space was part of Ziering Medical's space, Newport Walk -In is a sub -leaser. I would like to have a separate address for Newport Walk -In. All of the current tenants at 2071 San Joaquin Hills Road are separately addressed. Currently our mail is stated to go to Ziering Medical. It was very inconvenient for my parents and they chose to use the 132 E. Balboa Blvd address. We are requesting that all city services only use .the 132 E. Balboa Blvd address. On Sunday 9/2 my Mother was choking and 911 was called, even though I gave the 132 address .... the computer came up with 203 (1 told them it was the same residence.) Fortunately there were two adults present ,so that one could stay with my Mother while I ran down the street to wave the Firetruck back to our house. They were wonderful ,as were the Paramedics. We are so grateful for the citys services, However how would the scenerio have played out if only one adult was present and could not leave the victim to direct the emergency vehicle? Two of the spaces are addressed to PCH and one is addressed to Tustin Avenue because the entrance to the suite is at the rear of the building. The owner of the building wants to split the suite currently addressed at 2540 W. Coast Hwy into two suites. The new (fourth) tenant will have its only entrance from the rear, next to the current tenant at 106 Tustin Avenue. However, this new tenant wants a West Coast Highway address. Here is a list of the addressing: 106 Tustin Ave. (cleaners) existing; will not change 2542 W. Coast Hwy (Cingular) existing; will not change 2540 W. Coast Hwy (currently vacant).
