Dear Ms. Cruze:
This is to confirm our telephone conversation of the past few days regarding issuance
of a pre -assigned address to the Coldwell Banker building, 2121 San Joaquin Hills
Road. This address was assigned to this project by your Department when we
applied for a building permit and has been forwarded to the Owner who has
incorporated that address in all newly printed business cards and stationery.
We are now advised by your Department that the address has been in use for
approximately 3 years. We are requesting a new, un-assigned number that will
become the legal address of this building.
At the request of our client, Coldwel1, Banker & Company, we are asking for
your reimbursement of the cost of reprinting all stationery. We understand the
cost will be approximately $3,000.00. '
Please advise at your earliest convenience as the building will be ready for
occupancy in late September, and you can understand the inconvenience of
doing business without a legal address.

In reply to your request of August 29, 1973, the
address assigned to Parcel 1, Resubdivisi-on No. 391,
is 2161 San Joaquin Hills Road.
As regards the reimbursement to Coldwell Banker &
Company for costs to reprint stationary, we have
been advised by the City Attorney that claims against
the City should be filed on forms which are available
from the City Clerk's Office.
