grading plans will be reviewed by the assigned planner in the order received.
Please contact your assigned planner when resubmitting plans that require zoning
approval. The name of your assigned planner will be on the correction list
emailed to you.

approved grading plan, stamped by Zoning, for review of any permit that requires
consistency with the grading plan (house, retaining walls, revisions to issued
grading plan, etc.).
