Site Location: 110 and 114 Mc Fadden Place Council District 1
Daniel Kopshever, Assistant Planner, provided a brief presentation stating that the project is for a limited term

Temporary Use Permit and Emergency Coastal Development Permit on June 5, 2020, and has since been
extended each year with subsequent limited term permit and coastal development permit applications. Mr.
Kopshever stated that code enforcement had reported no issues with the outdoor patio and then described the
conditions of approval imposed by the Planning, Building, Fire and Public Works departments.

dumpsters.
Zoning Administrator Murillo closed the public hearing.
Applicant Eric Levitt stated that the satellite images are likely taken in the morning, since the parking lot is used
for deliveries and staging in the morning before the business is open to the public.
Zoning Administrator Murillo responded to Mr. Levitt and added that he makes sure there is sufficient parking
during operational hours per the approved plan. He also added that there would be no further extension of the
limited term permit and coastal development permit for the project, and they will expire at the end of this year.
Should the applicant wish to make the outdoor patio use a permanent part of the business, then an amendment
