REGULAR HEARING
3:30 p.m.
A. CALL TO ORDER — The meeting was called to order at 3:30 p.m.
Staff Present: Brenda Wisneski, Zoning Administrator
Benjamin M. Zdeba, Assistant Planner

C. PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS
ITEM NO. 1 39th Street Parcel Map - Parcel Map No. NP2012 -004 (PA2012 -044)
118 39th Street CD 1
Benjamin Zdeba, Assistant Planner, provided a brief project description and noted that the project site was
previously developed with a single - family residence that has been demolished and a new duplex is currently
under construction. Mr. Zdeba stated that no waiver of the Title 19 standards was requested as a part of this
application and further noted that the applicant had reviewed the conditions of approval and was available to
answer any questions.
The Zoning Administrator opened the public hearing. Seeing that no one from the public wished to comment
the public hearing was closed.
Zoning Administrator Wisneski expressed her agreement with the findings and related supporting facts and
approved the application.
Action: Approved
ITEM NO.2 Marigold Parcel Map - Parcel Map No. NP2012 -007 (PA2012 -099)
611 Marigold Avenue CD 6
Benjamin Zdeba, Assistant Planner, provided a brief project description and noted that the project site was
previously developed with a duplex that has been demolished and a new duplex is currently under
construction. Mr. Zdeba stated that no waiver of the Title 19 standards was requested as a part of this
application and further noted that applicant had reviewed the conditions of approval and was available to
answer any questions.
The Zoning Administrator opened the public hearing. Seeing that no one from the public was in attendance
the public hearing was closed.
Zoning Administrator Wisneski expressed her agreement with the findings and related supporting facts and
approved the application.
