Dear Ms. Helou:
As requested we are assigning the address 2218 Channel Road to Parcel 1 of the
above parcel map which was approved in order to split the existing parcel of land.
Parcel 2 will retain the address 2222 Channel Road. The existing residence (addressed
2222 Channel Road) will be demolished. Each of the two parcels will be allowed to
have a new single family residence built on it.
We will notify City departments; however, it is your responsibility to advise all other
affected agencies, such as the U.S. Postal Service, Orange County Assessor, utilities,
etc., when a new home is built on Parcel 1. At that time, please be sure to inform the
local telephone service carrier so that responses to any "9-1-1" emergency calls are
dispatched to a valid address.
Address numbers should be at least four inches high, of contrasting color to their
background, and clearly visible from the street.
