The placement of freestanding playhouse structure that measures 10 feet at its highest point to encroach into the 4 foot side yard setback at the interior property line. The playhouse
has a roof deck that measures 10 feet to the top of the required guardrail. The Committee determined that adequate space exists within the buildable area of the property to accommdate
the placement of the playhouse without encroaching into any required setbacks. The playhouse can be palced so long as it maintains the minimum setbacks specified by the Zoning Code.
