It is already time again for the CdM townhall meeting. We need to have at least one table at the
event- can we combine all of our stuff onto 1?

Kim,
The Corona del Mar Annual Town Meeting, held annually on the 3rd Wednesday in April, is jointly
sponsored by the Residents Association and Business Improvement District. We invite you and
Community Development staff to join us and participate in this wonderful annual event that
provides one-on-one interaction with our residents.
Our evening includes a Community Expo and Social Hour, followed by two speaker programs,
one focusing on CdM merchants and one focusing on CdM residents:
Wednesday, April 17, 2013 | Sherman Library & Gardens Patio
* 5:00pm 6:00pm: Social Hour & Community Expo
* 6:00pm 6:40pm: BID Speakers Program
* 6:45pm 7:30pm: CdMRA Speakers Panel
We will include the names of all participants on our printed programs, so would appreciate a
confirmation of staff and volunteer participants so that they can be recognized for their
involvement in this important event. We specifically hope that you, Matt Cosylion and Brian
Contino are available that evening, and of course will welcome any other staff members who can
join us.
Please RSVP no later than Friday, March 22.
Additional information (agenda and setup requirements) will be provided in early April. In the
meantime, feel free to give me a call if you have any questions. We hope you and your staff will
be able to join us on April 17.
