Is there any additional information needed? Yes, the spreadsheet with APN numbers and total amount due along with the signed resolution will be needed for submittal, 1 have attached what we received last year for your reference. 2. Deadline 1. Last year's deadline to have the fees put on the County tax roll was August 10 — is this a fixed date (like April 15 being tax day) or is this a moving date (like the 2nd Thursday in August)? Historically Orange county has maintained the August loth deadline, this years levy packet states the below: st August 1 is the deadline to submit water district assessments (per Water Code Section 31701) August 10th is the deadline to submit all other direct charges. As we have for the previous two years, we would like to place our Sewer and Recycling fees for residents on the County tax roll. A few questions: 1. Information needed 1. We are working this exercise a little earlier than we did last year as we plan on bringing this before our Council on June 25th, were as last year we brought it before Council at the end of July. Please let me know if there is any additional information needed from me, any other deadlines or dates I should be aware of, and if there are any other steps necessary to get these fees on the County tax roll.
